Client Partner Program Manager
About The Position
Tinuiti is seeking a Client Partner Program Manager to support cross-channel project delivery and client work. The role oversees ways of working through task management software and productivity tools, promotes accountability, and partners with client delivery teams and clients on process development. It owns roadmaps and workback schedules for technology-stack onboarding, planning cycles, and key initiatives as needed. The position also handles administrative coordination, maintains team and process documentation, supports onboarding, and helps build cross-functional presentations and decks.
Requirements
- At least 3–4 years of project management experience; digital agency experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Wrike, Asana, or Monday.com, and productivity tools such as MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to drive and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders across disciplines and leadership levels.
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with the ability to adapt to changing scope, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsibilities
- Oversee ways of working using task management software and productivity tools, driving cross-channel accountability for project delivery.
- Partner with client delivery teams and clients on process development.
- Own roadmaps and workback schedules for technology-stack onboarding, planning cycles, and key initiatives as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, note-taking, meeting recaps, third-party vendor coordination, team hub and process documentation, and new member onboarding.
- Guide the development of cross-functional decks and occasionally support presentations.
