About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BDM – Media & Entertainment Farmer to manage and grow relationships with clients. This role focuses on account farming—driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and uncovering new opportunities within established accounts in the Media & Entertainment industry.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of account management/business development experience
  • At least 3+ years in the Disney Accounts.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue in large strategic accounts.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with global delivery teams in an IT services or technology solutions environment.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic Media & Ent accounts.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders (engineering, procurement, product, and executive levels).
  • Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions.
  • Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies.
  • Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication.
