Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and translate them into winning proposals for Genpact and its customers.
  • Generate new leads and provide guidance and thought leadership on business issues facing C-level executives.
  • Penetrate new strategic accounts for Genpact and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and drive strategic sales initiatives for Genpact, understanding the marketplace and competitors’ offerings.
  • Leverage networks to create opportunities by identifying leads within customer organizations globally.
  • Build and maintain CxO-level relationships within customer organizations to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver impactful business outcomes.
  • Provide insights into customer financials and business strategies, contributing to operational teams to enhance the customer's performance.
  • Cross-sell Genpact’s products, ensuring greater growth penetration and maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
