About the position

The Client Partner role at ChaiOne is a sales position focused on securing new business and driving revenue growth. The individual in this role will be responsible for selling ChaiOne services to new clients, from lead qualification to closing deals. They will need to have a strong understanding of digital transformation and be able to advise clients on innovative solutions to mitigate risk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the digital technology consulting or custom software development industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert potential clients into paying customers for digital services
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Establish and manage client relationships, and navigate through sales cycles from prospecting to closing
  • Understand the client's technology needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
  • Drive strategic initiatives with client teams towards measurable business goals
  • Leverage existing partnership programs to generate opportunities (Microsoft and Apple)
  • Align corporate solutions to meet customer's business needs and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with practice leads to explore and penetrate identified opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful business development in digital technology consulting, custom software development, or digital design and implementation
  • Ability to identify and convert potential clients into paying customers for digital services
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Strong skills in establishing and managing client relationships, and navigating through sales cycles from prospecting to closing
  • Understanding of client's technology needs and ability to recommend solutions that add value to their business
  • Annual sales quota responsibility of $4M+
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives with client teams towards measurable business goals
  • Experience leveraging existing partnership programs to generate opportunities (Microsoft and Apple)
  • Ability to align corporate solutions to meet customer's business needs and technical requirements
  • Collaboration skills to work with practice leads to explore and penetrate identified opportunities
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
