About The Position

The Client Order Coordinator will be responsible for processing various requests and documents related to client orders and compliance needs. This role involves managing physical mail, creating and issuing checks, preparing and mailing notifications, and utilizing state websites and internal systems. The position requires a high level of accuracy and organization in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • Processing Resignation of Agent requests
  • Processing physical mail--opening, reviewing
  • Creating and printing checks
  • Mailing out physical notifications to customers about our intent to resign
  • Preparing and mailing documents via USPS certified mail per state requirement in some jurisdictions and customers
  • Working on state websites
  • Managing internal email boxes
  • Working within Company Records, Order Fulfillment, SalesForce, Websites, Outlook
  • Working with automated processes
  • Varied work, learning and understanding multiple processes
  • Cross-trained on functions required to support the compliance needs of our customers
