About The Position

Alliance HCM is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager in Shenandoah, TX, to lead enterprise client success through seamless onboarding and manage a high-performing specialist team. The role involves optimizing resource allocation, resolving complex technical challenges, overseeing team training, refining deployment methodologies, and analyzing performance reports to improve the onboarding process. Alliance HCM is a growing company focused on providing innovative cloud-based human capital management solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, HR tech, or software deployments
  • 3+ years of direct people management and team leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of capacity planning and resource allocation methodologies
  • Experience using data, CRM platforms, and KPIs to drive measurable process improvement
  • Ability to navigate and de-escalate complex, high-stress project risks

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing cross-functional specialist teams across multiple implementation domains simultaneously
  • Familiarity with HCM platforms such as UKG, Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, or iSolved
  • Familiarity with building or standardizing implementation playbooks and operational frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Review current case assignments across multiple specialist teams, ensuring workloads are balanced and project timelines are on track.
  • Work with Implementation Project Managers to optimize resource allocation and facilitate seamless execution of enterprise deployments.
  • Serve as the escalation point for high-risk deployments, resolving complex technical challenges and maintaining quality standards.
  • Take ownership of team training and development, including product updates, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate and refine deployment methodologies, identify friction points, and leverage automation tools to scale onboarding operations.
  • Generate and analyze key performance reports, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
