In this full-time role, you'll lead the onboarding journey from discovery sessions to implementation plans. You'll coordinate internal teams, manage critical assets like payroll data, and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule. As the main client contact, you'll resolve challenges and guide decision-making while ensuring alignment. Before launch, you'll conduct thorough QA to ensure accuracy and deliver a seamless first payroll experience with precise Salesforce documentation. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS project management, specifically within HCM or payroll
  • Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management operations

Nice To Haves

  • A current PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
