About The Position

As a Client Onboarding Analyst, you will play a key role in the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, or Client Onboarding
• Understanding of financial regulations and onboarding processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English (minimum B2/C1)

Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC/AML reviews in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Verify client documentation and perform risk assessments
• Identify potential issues and escalate where necessary
• Collaborate with Compliance, Quality Assurance, and other internal stakeholders
• Provide support to clients and internal teams throughout the onboarding process
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
• Support onboarding-related projects and initiatives
