About The Position

This role is focused on managing client onboarding requests and ensuring accounts are opened accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with internal policies and business requirements. The Associate will collaborate closely with front, middle and back-office teams to support smooth onboarding processes and ongoing account activities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience within client onboarding, account onboarding, or operations at a multinational financial institution.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when managing high volumes of data.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Experience supporting account maintenance activities including amendments, closures, and account updates.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting regulatory documentation and compliance-related onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with front-to-back operational workflows within financial services environments.
  • Exposure to process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and data quality.
  • Experience working across multiple internal systems and external platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end setup and maintenance of internal and external accounts across multiple business lines and platforms.
  • Review account opening requests and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal requirements.
  • Support regulatory documentation collection, validation, and delivery activities.
  • Partner with onboarding, tax operations, compliance, and front office teams to facilitate efficient account onboarding and lifecycle management.
  • Monitor onboarding queues, track outstanding items, and ensure requests are completed within established service levels.
