About The Position

Data Axle is looking for a college student to join our client management team. You will directly support client engagements as well as build marketing strategies and communications that grow Data Axle’s business. Data Axle is one of the largest independent marketing and data solutions agency in North America. We serve Fortune 1000 companies like American Express, Comcast, Marriott, Costco and others. Data Axle is recognized as a leading data solutions company by Forrester. Data Axle’s B2C and B2B solutions drive marketing, sales, operations, and infrastructure decisions across hundreds of clients.

Nice To Haves

  • Academic experience in marketing, communications, business or analytics will be helpful for this role
  • 6 to 12 months prior work experience, including internships
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) and ability to persuade
  • Experience analyzing business needs and data sets (experience with Excel beneficial)
  • Strong project management skills; ability to organize teams around
  • Consultative, problem-solving mind set
  • You will be part of a team of high performing, experienced marketing leaders and a lot will be asked of you. You will learn a lot – this internship will prepare you for full time roles with marketing, consulting, and agency teams
  • This role requires full-time in-office presence in Boston (125 High Street)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Data Axle’s database of clients, market trends, and specific client needs
  • Develop and recommend marketing and sales strategies for driving new business with existing and prospective clients
  • Develop and execute content and social marketing (LinkedIn) strategies and communications
  • Build supporting content including presentations, case studies, social and email
  • Support client account teams on consulting deliverables + participate in client meetings
