Join UniHomes as a commercially driven Client Growth Manager to help our letting agent partners unlock the full value of our student property platform. UniHomes offers letting agents free advertising of student HMOs via our property portal in exchange for completed shared utility order forms from student groups. This partnership generates revenue for UniHomes and commission for the agent. Your role is to ensure agents recognize the commercial value of our advertising and have the necessary systems, processes, and team engagement to make utility form completion a seamless part of their lettings workflow. This is a B2B2C role requiring strong relationships with letting agents and effective engagement with student tenants to complete utility orders. You will be the primary contact for London-based letting agent partners. This is a home-based role requiring regular field visits across London (up to three days per week), occasional overnight stays, frequent driving, and a valid UK driving licence.
