About The Position

We are hiring an experienced Client Growth Strategist to own the revenue growth strategy for a portfolio of flooring and home services clients. This role involves connecting business goals, channel strategy, execution, and outcomes, while building strong client relationships. A core part of our growth strategy is the Endless Customers framework by Marcus Sheridan, which strategists are expected to champion. Unlike generalist agencies, we operate in a specific niche (flooring retailers) with a developed system, allowing for more focused and impactful work. This position offers genuine strategic authority over a client portfolio, with the strategist setting the direction and being accountable for the outcomes, while a team handles execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing, brand development or business development
  • Demonstrated experience driving measurable revenue outcomes
  • Strong understanding of funnels, paid media, SEO/content, and conversion optimization
  • Hands-on experience personally building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta campaigns with real budgets
  • Familiarity with the Endless Customers (formerly They Ask, You Answer) framework by Marcus Sheridan
  • Comfortable working with small-to-mid-sized businesses
  • Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
  • Comfortable with marketing automation/CRM tools
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools to enhance strategy and marketing output quality
  • Strategically strong, creative & commercially minded

Responsibilities

  • Build quarterly growth strategies per account (90-day priorities)
  • Identify highest-impact growth constraints and opportunities
  • Define success metrics, targets, and leading indicators
  • Recommend budget allocation across channels
  • Build testing roadmaps (offers, landing pages, ads, nurture, conversion points)
  • Lead brand positioning sessions grounded in the Endless Customers framework
  • Champion the They Ask, You Answer philosophy in every client engagement
  • Review key client-facing deliverables before launch (landing pages, funnel structure, ad angles, major website pages, core email sequences, offer positioning assets)
  • Ensure work aligns to the strategy, buyer journey, and conversion goals
  • Evaluate content against Endless Customers standards
  • Catch off-strategy execution
  • Provide clear revision direction
  • Design campaign architecture and funnel flow recommendations
  • Guide messaging and creative direction
  • Diagnose funnel gaps and conversion drop-offs
  • Recommend sequencing across channels (paid, SEO/content, email/SMS, GBP, remarketing)
  • Lead or co-lead strategy presentations and roadmap sessions
  • Interpret performance data and translate it into decisions
  • Provide clear “next actions” and priority calls
  • Serve as the strategic authority on client calls
  • Guide clients in understanding how the Endless Customers methodology connects content investment to actual revenue outcomes
  • Translate strategy into actionable priorities for specialists
  • Coordinate with delivery leadership on feasibility and sequencing
  • Identify expansion opportunities in partnership with sales/leadership
