The Strategic Growth Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking a Client Growth Director who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate, and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This individual will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential. In this advisory-led role, your primary focus is building pipeline and closing advisory engagements, while also recognizing and routing tax and audit opportunities to the appropriate partners. This is a hybrid role with two key responsibilities: National inbound coverage: Own and convert sales-qualified leads (SQLs) that come through our website and marketing programs from companies across the country. Indianapolis market development: Build Anders' presence in the Indianapolis market through direct outreach, relationship building, and community engagement. You will be instrumental in helping Anders expand our Advisory footprint nationally while establishing a strong foundation in a key growth market.
