About The Position

inecta is seeking a Client Growth Manager to manage the commercial relationship with their existing client base. This is a growth-oriented role focused on identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for clients to expand their use of inecta Food. The manager will proactively engage with clients, identify expansion opportunities such as new modules or additional licenses, and work to prevent client churn. They will also be responsible for all account communications to existing clients, coordinating with internal teams for accuracy and execution. The role offers a path for referring new logo opportunities and includes variable compensation for successful leads.

Requirements

  • Background in ERP consulting or implementation, with delivery credibility with clients who have gone through an ERP implementation.
  • Experience with inecta Food or a comparable food and beverage ERP.
  • Commercial instinct to recognize and pursue expansion opportunities; active business development within a warm client base.
  • Fluency in how food ERP deployments work, including client post-go-live concerns, common issues, and ERP licensing/service economics.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with operations directors, IT managers, and CFOs.
  • Self-direction and ability to manage a book of business independently.

  • Experience in ERP consulting and a desire to move off the delivery treadmill while staying in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of live inecta clients, understanding their business needs and connecting them to unused inecta Food capabilities.
  • Conduct proactive outreach, including QBRs, product update calls, and check-ins beyond support tickets.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, such as new modules, additional licenses, and enhancement phases.
  • Prevent client churn by identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems.
  • Manage all account communications to existing clients, including product updates and feature spotlights.
  • Coordinate with Business Solutions for accuracy and the content team for execution of client communications.
  • Identify new logo opportunities through client relationships and refer them for potential closing.
  • Manage own book of business with self-direction.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $110,000–$130,000 CAD depending on experience and level.
  • Variable compensation paid semi-annually, tied to net new inecta Food SaaS license growth and expansion services gross margin.
  • Additional variable compensation for new client leads that close.
  • Uncapped variable compensation.
  • Realistic on-target earnings of $155,000–$227,000 CAD depending on level and performance.
