About The Position

The SMB Team is the fastest-growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys nationwide and we are looking for a Client Facing Marketing Strategist to join our team. This role involves working with digital marketing clients to help them achieve real results and building strong connections with clients. The company is a rapidly-growing marketing agency and coaching business for lawyers, known for its significant year-over-year growth and positive impact on clients' lives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working at a digital marketing agency.
• A deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies.
• Experience with Google Ads.
• Proven track record in managing client accounts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build great relationships with clients.
• A keen eye for detail to identify areas of improvement in communications, client results, and processes.
• Solid organization skills to effectively manage daily, weekly, and monthly to-do lists.
• Proactive and resourceful in all aspects of the role.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.
• SEO + PPC or SEO + SOCIAL experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in the legal industry is a plus.
• Local Service Ads and Facebook Ads experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts by overseeing the client services to ensure they are performing well, on-time, and implemented to the clients’ needs.
• Work with the clients and their staff to make strategy decisions and pivots, potentially pushing back on client requests if they are not aligned with achieving desired results.
• Work with internal services teams to strategize for clients’ needs.
• Identify areas where clients' services are lacking and offer proposed solutions, including upgrading services to higher tiers.
• Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with the client.
• Over-communicate with clients in an effective and clear manner regarding the work being performed and results achieved.
