Responsibilities

  • Lead client meetings, deliver presentations, and defend strategic choices with confidence and clarity.
  • Maintain proactive, professional communication via phone, email, and video calls.
  • Translate data, reports, and complex marketing concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Leverage AI tools to maximize impact.
  • Continually seek new ways to transform and elevate how we handle marketing for our clients.
  • Direct and collaborate with graphic designers, ad specialists, and web development team to ensure deliverables are on time and within scope.
  • Pull and deliver monthly reports on SEO performance and digital ad campaigns, serving as the expert who explains the ROI to the client.
  • Listen to client needs and goals, translating them into actionable directions for our internal team.
  • Directly handle PR efforts for your clients, crafting stories and managing public outreach to elevate their brand.
  • Manage social media, content marketing, and public relations (PR) for your assigned accounts.
  • Partner with the Web Development team (who executes technical SEO) and the Ad Specialist (who handles search and retargeting placements). Review and present their monthly reports to your clients.
  • Guide graphic designers to ensure all visuals align perfectly with your client's brand strategy and goals.
