About The Position

At The Lash Lounge, we are a luxury beauty destination and the premier salon for lash extensions, with over 100 locations nationwide. We offer an elevated menu of services including custom lash extensions, lash lifts, tinting, threading, and more. Our salons deliver a polished, high-end experience where guest care, results, and attention to detail come first. We are seeking a high-performing Client Experience & Sales Lead to drive bookings, memberships, retail sales, and client retention in our upscale salon. This is a revenue-generating sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, converting inquiries into loyal clients, and being rewarded for performance. This is a sales-focused, revenue-generating position. You will own the guest experience from first contact to checkout while actively driving bookings, maximizing schedule efficiency, and selling memberships and retail. For someone who consistently demonstrates leadership, initiative, and strong business results, this role offers a clear pathway to grow into an Assistant Manager position. Requirements

• Proven sales experience (salon, spa, medspa, fitness, or retail)
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-end or luxury service environment
• Confident, outgoing communicator who can build rapport and close
• Comfortable on the phone—able to convert, not just answer
• Goal-driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm, polished, and solution-oriented under pressure
• Tech-savvy with booking systems and POS platforms
• Availability on Saturdays is required
• A desire to grow into a leadership role

Responsibilities

• Deliver a polished, high-touch guest experience from check-in to checkout
• Respond to leads quickly and confidently via phone, text, and online inquiries
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term clients
• Proactively fill open appointment slots and maintain a fully booked schedule
• Consistently sell memberships, packages, and retail products
• Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment
• Learn the operational side of salon management
• Assist with special projects and daily business operations
• Take initiative in solving problems and improving processes
• Serve as a positive role model for teammates
• Develop the skills needed for future leadership opportunities within the salon
