Client Experience - FX Data Services Intern

As part of our Sales and Client Experience Teams, you will support our US team and act as a front-line point-of-contact for our customers. In this role, you will assist and educate customers on our products and services, provide troubleshooting assistance, handle invoicing and payment requests, and work to maintain department standards. • Assist and educate customers on FX data products and services offered by OANDA
• Provide advanced troubleshooting assistance to customers having difficulty accessing the FX data API and web tools
• Assist clients with invoicing, payments, and document requests
• Work to maintain the standards of the department and ensure that you stay in line with the assigned metrics for the role

• University degree completed or in progress, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accountancy area.
• Fluent English.
