About the position
As a Salesforce Administrator at OANDA, you will be responsible for deploying new Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects, maintaining documentation of the Salesforce implementation, and supporting over 300 Salesforce users. You will work closely with implementation partners, strive for continuous integration and automated testing, and optimize Sales, Service, and Marketing processes in Salesforce. Additionally, you will manage user onboarding and offboarding, create reports and dashboards, and evaluate and manage Salesforce integrations and applications.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with implementation partners to deploy new Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects
- Create and maintain documentation of Salesforce implementation
- Support over 300 Salesforce users by resolving technical challenges and business support issues
- Review and optimize Sales, Service, and Marketing processes in Salesforce
- Configure, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce projects for customer onboarding process
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding, and ensure appropriate permissions management
- Work with Salesforce account management team to ensure contract and license needs are met
- Analyze and create reports and dashboards for users
- Provide executive-level reporting of Sales and CX performance
- Support Salesforce developers, BI team, and software developers in accessing and integrating with Salesforce data model
- Evaluate, install, and manage Salesforce integrations and applications
- Manage data model by creating custom objects, page layout, and record types
- Perform Bulk or API data loading and manipulation
Requirements
- Experience in deploying Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects, including Einstein Analytics, Communities, Knowledge Base, and Customer Portals
- Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation of Salesforce implementation
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, continuous integration, automated testing, and code reviews
- Ability to provide technical support and resolution to challenges and issues faced by Salesforce users
- Knowledge of Sales, Service, and Marketing processes in Salesforce, particularly Campaign Management, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, and Case Management
- Experience in configuring, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce projects to meet regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in managing user onboarding and offboarding, including permissions management through profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Familiarity with Salesforce account management and contract/license management
- Ability to create reports and dashboards for users, including executive-level reporting of Sales and CX performance
- Knowledge of integrating and managing Salesforce integrations and applications
- Proficiency in managing the Salesforce data model, including creating custom objects, page layouts, and record types
- Experience in performing bulk or API data manipulation in Salesforce.
