About The Position

At Gracent Pediatric Therapy, the Family Child Advocate (FCA) is the central point of contact for families, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with therapy services. FCAs are responsible for managing schedules, addressing family concerns, and supporting clinicians to ensure efficient clinic operations. This role is crucial in providing the exceptional experience Gracent Pediatric Therapy is known for, acting as a problem-solver and a key player in facilitating care for children. The position is full-time, based in the Naperville center with weekly travel to Woodridge, and operates from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families regarding schedule changes, questions, and updates.
  • Manage cancellations and proactively fill them to ensure therapist schedules remain full.
  • Make real-time adjustments to schedules and operations as needed.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors and therapists from various disciplines.
  • Maintain clinic operations by restocking rooms, organizing supplies, and preparing new hire materials.
  • Support outreach initiatives, clinic tours, events, and family-facing activities.
  • Drive positive family experiences, including managing review requests.
