About The Position

The Client Executive will serve as the primary relationship manager and strategic advisor for World Wide Technology’s (WWT) engagement with the United States Space Force, based in Colorado or Los Angeles. This role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning WWT’s advanced technology solutions with the mission objectives and operational needs of the US Space Force.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, account management, or consulting, with a strong track record in the federal or defense sector.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or selling to the Department of Defense, ideally with direct Space Force or Air Force engagement.
  • Deep understanding of government procurement, compliance, and security requirements.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior military and civilian leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly between Colorado, Los Angeles, and other customer sites as needed.

  • Existing security clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience with large-scale IT modernization, mission-critical systems, or classified environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for US Space Force leadership and stakeholders, understanding their mission, challenges, and technology priorities.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that align WWT’s capabilities—including cloud, cybersecurity, AI, digital transformation, and advanced infrastructure—with the unique requirements of the Space Force.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, proofs of concept, and technology demonstrations tailored to defense and space operations.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer engagement lifecycle, including need discovery, solution development, proposal management, project delivery, and ongoing support.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, expand WWT’s footprint within the Space Force, and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations, security protocols, and Space Force-specific requirements.
  • Represent WWT at industry events, executive briefings, and customer meetings in Colorado, Los Angeles, and other relevant locations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of public sector trends, defense modernization initiatives, and emerging technologies relevant to space operations.
  • Collaborate with WWT’s engineering, consulting, and partner teams to deliver high-quality, mission-critical solutions.
  • Provide regular updates to WWT leadership on account status, pipeline, risks, and opportunities.
