Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to: • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
Strong communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Thrives in both independent and team-oriented settings
Displays a strong work ethic with a drive to succeed
