Position Summary Amplifi’s Client Director plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success by ensuring a seamless transition from sales to project delivery and owning the overall client relationship, including growth, delivery outcomes, and long-term account success. As a Client Director, you will support the sales process by setting clear client expectations, defining detailed Statements of Work (SOW), and maintaining engagement ownership throughout the project's lifecycle. You will also be responsible for driving account expansion and identifying new opportunities to deliver additional value to clients. You will oversee project execution, ensuring it aligns with the defined scope, and proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships by offering additional services beyond the current SOW while serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven success in consultative sales and account management, including experience managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong project management skills with experience overseeing complex engagements and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to design and articulate data management strategies that align with client business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive client growth through relationship expansion, opportunity identification, and strategic account planning.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and diverse client stakeholders.
  • A highly consultative approach and a proven ability to build credibility as a trusted advisor to clients and potential clients.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience with Data Consulting services.
  • 5+ years of applicable experience in Data Management and/or Governance preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in client sales pursuits, presentations, and negotiations contributing to pipeline development and supporting revenue growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft client proposals, SOWs, and Change Requests, that align client needs with Amplifi’s offerings.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, and delivery plans, ensuring successful execution and maintaining team accountability.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact and establishing credibility with executive-level (C-suite) stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance on data management and digital transformation initiatives, including developing actionable roadmaps and operating models.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and contributing to revenue expansion within existing client relationships.
  • Maintain accountability for account performance against defined revenue and growth targets.
  • Define and manage resource allocation and provide accurate forecasting for current and future project needs.
  • Serve as the escalation point for project teams to address and resolve any project-related issues.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team for ongoing account management and client engagement activities.
  • Lead and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the Amplifi.
