Requirements

  • Proven experience in client partner/account management or similar role
  • Strong track record in business development and revenue growth
  • Experience in the U.S. Financial Services industry, especially insurance
  • Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based selling
  • Solid understanding of IT services and technology solutions
  • Experience working in a global delivery model
  • Ability to manage revenue forecasting and profitability
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience interacting with CIO/CTO/VP/Director-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in insurance transformation programs
  • Knowledge of digital, cloud, and data transformation
  • Established network within the financial services industry
  • Experience handling large, complex engagements
  • Strong “farmer” mindset (account growth and expansion focus)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic client relationships within the Financial Services (Insurance) sector
  • Act as the single point of contact for new business opportunities and ongoing project delivery
  • Drive revenue growth through account expansion and consultative selling
  • Oversee project status, risks, and governance, including participation in steering committees
  • Provide industry insights and recommend value-added solutions aligned with client needs
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
