About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Client Coverage Advisor to help individuals and families understand insurance products that may support their financial protection goals. The role is 100% remote and involves speaking with clients through virtual appointments and providing a clear, helpful experience throughout the coverage review process. It is suited to someone who is motivated, people-oriented, and ready to grow professionally through training and mentorship. This is an independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.

- Comfortable with computer functions and virtual communication.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense.
