We are seeking a highly organized, sophisticated Client Coordinator to join our Bluffton office. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for families looking to hire household staff. You will act as a consultative guide, matching families with exceptional candidates who seamlessly fit their lifestyle and home environment.

Requirements

  • A college degree is highly preferred.
  • Background in early childhood education, previous teaching experience, or a strong foundation in sales.
  • Drive, the right communication skills, and a commitment to premier service.
  • Polished, approachable demeanor and the ability to actively listen to a family's needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and expertly manage multiple open searches simultaneously.
  • Highly comfortable navigating CRM platforms, managing digital pipelines, and adapting to new efficiency tools.

Responsibilities

  • Speak directly with families to understand their unique dynamics and precise staffing needs, whether they are looking for a dedicated nanny or a multi-tasking Lifestyle Manager, housekeeper or other staff.
  • Curate and present top-tier candidate profiles to families, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate the final hiring process.
  • Provide a five-star client experience from the initial phone inquiry through post-placement follow-ups, maintaining a supportive and professional tone at all times.
  • Utilize our CRM and automated tech tools to keep candidate files, compliance documents, and client records impeccably organized.
