Requirements

  • Scheduling experience is required
  • Understanding of PA regs regarding staffing ratios
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to pivot and problem-solve
  • Compassion for a vulnerable population

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly nursing staff schedules, ensuring PA staffing ratios are met.
  • Ensure staff meets the necessary criteria for the unit to which they'll be assigned.
  • Work under supervision of our Administrator and DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
