About The Position

Chewy Vet Care is hiring a full-time Client Concierge to join its Healthcare Practice Team. The role is part of a veterinary practice designed to support veterinary teams with advanced equipment and purpose-built technology. The Client Concierge helps deliver personalized, patient-centric care and a positive experience for pet parents while supporting the practice’s clinical team and operations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment; veterinary experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to connect with clients and demonstrate empathy and compassion.
• Excellent social, verbal and written communication, observational, and analytical skills.
• Passion for helping people and pets, with empathy and an excellent customer-service focus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody Chewy Vet Care’s culture, collaborate with peers, and deliver a positive pet parent experience through excellent service and communication.
• Support the practice’s veterinarians, veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, and practice manager.
• Handle all patient intakes and front-end, client-facing interactions.
• Engage actively with pet parents using strong social and communication skills.
• Help pet parents obtain medical care for their pets and promptly resolve issues.
• Use the corresponding Practice Information Management System (PIMS) and other integrated technology.
• Understand and follow the practice’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standards of Care (SOC).
• Act responsibly given the pharmacy holdings.
• Assist the Practice Manager with communicating inventory needs.
• Clean workspaces after every patient interaction.
• Participate in self-development courses and required Chewy Vet Care compliance training.
• Perform related duties and assignments as directed by management.
