Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support front desk workflow
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding patient care and hospital services
- Maintain accurate records and client communication
- Support daily hospital operations and administrative tasks
- Help create a positive and welcoming environment for pets, clients, and team members
- Collaborate closely with the veterinary team to support exceptional patient care
