Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Have access to a computer or laptop
Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection

Nice To Haves

Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, or leadership experience is helpful—but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
Deliver outstanding customer service and ongoing client support
Educate clients on available benefit programs and coverage options
Guide clients through applications and answer questions professionally
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Build long-term relationships through trust, integrity, and exceptional service
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
