About The Position

We’re looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our growing remote team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with clients, and building strong professional relationships. You’ll work with individuals and families who are looking for information about available benefit programs, helping them understand their options and guiding them through the enrollment process. No previous insurance experience is required. Full training, mentorship, and licensing support are provided.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and professional attitude
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable internet connection and computer access
• Willingness to learn and complete required licensing

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail experience is an asset but not required

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients through scheduled phone and Zoom appointments
• Learn about each client’s needs and help explain available benefit options
• Answer questions clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment
• Follow up with existing clients and provide ongoing support
• Maintain accurate digital client records
• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
