Requirements
- Minimum of two years related experience in healthcare customer service, social services, care management/case management, or Veterans services.
- Live in the state of Missouri, within a 50 mile radius of Lake St. Louis.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related healthcare degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication and empathy
- Actively listen to client needs and concerns
- Proactively follow up with clients to address concerns and ensure quality in-home services
- Managing incoming and outbound calls
- Accurately complete detailed forms
- Ensure compliance within industry regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all tasks
- Maintain Key Performance Metrics
