Safe Alliance is seeking a Client Care Specialist to support the agency's mission of providing hope and healing to those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and child maltreatment. This role involves using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to provide essential services such as intake, assessment, case management, crisis intervention, safety planning, court education, information, and referrals. The specialist will ensure coordinated client care with community partners, manage referrals, greet walk-in clients, and maintain a safe and welcoming reception area. Administrative duties include maintaining confidential client records in agency databases, assisting with grant reporting, adhering to documentation policies, supporting High-Risk team meetings, managing office supplies, and acting as a liaison between partners and internal departments. The role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, the specialist will increase awareness of victimization and resources through public speaking and media requests, participate in community meetings, and promote professional relationships. Professional development is key, requiring the specialist to stay informed of best practices and maintain skills and knowledge through training.
