About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and patience
  • Ability to work independently while being an integral member of the sales team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Typing skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team setting
  • Active listening skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone, email and text leads in a professional manner using provided scripts with the end goal of setting appointments with guests at the dealership.
  • Respond to leads/inquiries in a timely manner determined by industry and dealership standards.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating at least 2% higher than zone/branch average.
  • Monitor all inbound and outbound emails in the CRM while assisting sales consultants/sales managers with responses as needed.
  • Ensure that all communications via phone, text, email or in-person are professional and courteous.
  • Ensure that sales consultants are ready for all appointments and waiting at the door when guests arrive.
  • Ensure appointment vehicles are selected, clean and ready to show/test drive for dealership guests.
  • Maintain minimum training standards set forth by manufacturers.
  • Attend ongoing improvement meetings held by management teams.
  • Become proficient in warranty coverage, policies and procedures set by manufacturers.
  • Greet guests upon arrival in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
  • Acknowledge all dealership guests on the premises when opportunity arises.
  • Perform any and all other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Maintain a professional image and appearance in the workplace.
  • Provide top-notch and exceptional guest experiences before, during and after a vehicle sale.
