About The Position

As a Client Care Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for veterinary clinics and pet parents, offering empathy, professionalism, and care. This role is crucial in ensuring pets are treated with dignity and families receive the support they need. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and enjoys assisting people.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinary clinics and pet parents via phone, email, and in person.
• Respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately record service requests and special instructions.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure all commitments are met.
• Assist with pet parent viewings and order pickups as needed.
• Address concerns promptly while maintaining customer trust.
• Contribute to a compassionate experience for all families served.
