About The Position

Med Resources, a provider of CPAP and home medical equipment, is seeking a reliable, energetic team member to work with CPAP clients and referral sources. The role assists with insurance qualifications, schedules appointments with the Therapy team, and educates clients and referral sources about the sleep therapy program and CPAP equipment. Knowledge of sleep therapy items, Medicare, and insurance guidelines is a plus. The Client Care Specialist works as part of a team serving patients and referral sources. Duties include handling calls, processing orders, verifying patient and order information, following up with referring health professionals about prescriptions and documentation, and completing insurance verification and prior authorization requests. Responsibilities
