Client Care Specialist/Intake Coordinator
About The Position
Med Resources, a provider of CPAP and home medical equipment, is seeking a reliable, energetic team member to support CPAP clients and referral sources. The role assists with insurance qualifications, schedules appointments with the Therapy team, and educates clients and referral sources about the sleep therapy program and CPAP equipment. The Client Care Specialist works as part of a team serving patients and referral sources. Med Resources is part of the Delmar Gardens family, a family-owned, St. Louis-based organization that has served the community for 60 years. Its mission and philosophy of Love, Care, and Understanding extend to residents and staff.

Responsibilities
- Field calls from patients and referral sources.
- Intake orders.
- Contact patients to verify order and demographic information.
- Contact referring health professionals regarding prescriptions and documentation.
- Verify insurance and request prior authorizations.
- Assist with insurance qualifications.
- Schedule appointments with the Therapy team.
- Educate clients and referral sources about the sleep therapy program and CPAP equipment.
