This role is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our clients receive consistent, high-quality care by maintaining seamless scheduling for both clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all staffing logistics, including handling call-outs, shift adjustments, and new shift additions.
  • Handle client and caregiver schedule change requests promptly to ensure continuity of care.
  • Oversee and manage specialized concierge scheduling requirements.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support outside of normal business hours.
  • Answer incoming phones, providing direct assistance or dispatching calls to the appropriate team member.
  • Monitor caregiver activities, including tracking driver activities via the Verizon Connect System.
  • Review caregiver timesheets for accuracy before submitting them to the Director of Care Management (DCM).
