About The Position

As a Staffing Specialist with Hillcrest Caring Companions, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure clients receive consistent, compassionate care by keeping schedules running like a well-oiled machine.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of scheduling experience in a home care or in-home setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiver experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and manage caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are filled
• Coordinate client service hours and authorizations to maximize approved care
• Communicate schedule updates clearly with both clients and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in WellSky
• Oversee daily timekeeping and EVV/EVVS compliance
• Monitor and manage overtime, keeping usage within target thresholds
• Track shift bonuses, attendance trends, and staffing needs
