Requirements

  • Previous scheduling, staffing, coordination, or customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home care, healthcare, medical staffing, or senior services
  • Knowledge of caregiver scheduling and client coordination
  • Experience with scheduling software or home care management systems
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered
  • Coordinate last-minute call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs
  • Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, personality, and care needs
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
  • Monitor overtime, availability, and staffing efficiency
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers
  • Communicate schedule updates and care information clearly and professionally
  • Support caregiver engagement, retention, and accountability
  • Help ensure high-quality client care and satisfaction
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and caregiver introductions
  • Maintain accurate client and caregiver information in scheduling software
  • Support care plan updates and service coordination
  • Collaborate closely with the office staff and the leadership team
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Assist with after-hours or on-call support as needed
