Client Care Representative - Auto Insurance Trainee
About The Position
HUB International is seeking an energetic, goal-driven individual to join their team as an Auto Insurance Trainee. HUB provides full training and support to help new hires obtain their Level 1 General Insurance License within their first 30 days. As an Auto Insurance Trainee, you will actively sell insurance solutions, meet performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners.
- Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics.
- Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory.
