As a Trainee, Auto you will promote and educate clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Requirements

• Eager to grow, with some administrative or customer service experience under your belt
• Always think customer first, responding to internal/external clients in a timely & professional manner
• Keen eye for detail with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficient in MS Office environments with exceptional and accurate keyboarding skills
• A positive mindset and a willingness to learn with a growing company
• You have an inexhaustible curiosity and look for opportunities to grow your career

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
• Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
• Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
• Promote and educate clients on insurance products
• Take ownership of client relationships
• Help us grow our presence and profile in the local community
