Client Care Coordinator - Veterinary

Veterinary Eye Center of PANewtown Square, PA
Onsite

About The Position

Veterinary Eye Center is a specialty practice dedicated exclusively to advanced animal eye care. Launching in Newtown Square, PA under the leadership of our Founding Medical Director, Dr. LoPinto, our newest location is built on the same foundation that defines VEC nationally: exceptional medicine, thoughtful client communication, and a deeply collaborative team culture. Our practice brings together state-of-the-art diagnostics, microsurgical expertise, and a meticulous approach to ophthalmology, all delivered with compassion and clarity. As we establish our presence in the Philadelphia area, we’re focused on building a specialty hospital where clinical excellence, professional growth, and supportive teamwork are always in clear focus. We’re proud to be part of a small but growing movement to raise the bar for both patient care and workplace culture. At VEC, you’ll find a schedule designed with balance in mind, a leadership team that listens, and a spirit of innovation that keeps us constantly evolving. Whether you’re drawn to the precision and complexity of ophthalmological surgery, the chance to work in a highly specialized field, or simply the opportunity to be part of a kind and passionate team, VEC is a place to thrive. We’re seeking an experienced Client Care Coordinator to join our founding team. The Client Care Coordinator is the first and last point of contact for our clients and is the face of our practice. You will work closely with our dedicated clinical staff and be a capable ambassador for the organization to the public, our clients, and to the professional community. This is a chance to help shape the protocols, culture, and rhythms of a brand-new specialty practice before we open our doors. You’ll be instrumental in helping us build a team that functions with trust, efficiency, and heart.
