Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage client communications by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Maintain organized and accurate client records in the management system.
• Provide clear information about services, treatment plans, and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate with veterinary staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and excellent client experiences.
• Handle administrative tasks, including processing payments and managing inventory orders as needed.
