About The Position

The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales culture to help the retail store achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals. The role involves connecting with clients, providing exceptional service, supporting repeat business, and contributing to an inviting, productive store environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client-services-related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate when appropriate.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable and efficient sales and service on the store floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activity to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for store guests.
• Promote teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including the front of house and stock space.
