About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, share product and service information, and work toward sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors. The role focuses on building trust and customer loyalty, not simply operating a cash register. You help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, you prepare the floor, review sales goals, and learn about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions. During the day, you engage customers, maintain merchandise and displays, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You also share loyalty program benefits and provide a thoughtful finish to each customer interaction. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
