Responsibilities

Lead Client Consultations
Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
Educate clients on available benefit options
Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
Recruit, mentor, and coach new representatives
Lead virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and training calls
Set performance goals and monitor team progress
Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture
Support professional development through ongoing mentorship
