About The Position

The Client Advisor In-Charge is responsible for the welfare, accountability, safety, and health of residents and staff in the facility on their assigned shift. This role ensures all security checks and functions are conducted on residents. The Client Advisor In-Charge acts as the point-of-contact for the shift, directing other Client Advisor staff as needed, ensuring new staff are mentored and trained, and verifying that all duties on the In-Charge checklist are accomplished. This position also involves arranging coverage for absent staff, assisting in revisions of resident handbooks, SOPs, and trainings, and performing task delegation and oversight. The role requires attending meetings as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass federal workplace drug screen process.
  • Ability to pass state and federal background check.
  • Must be able to delegate tasks, respond to inquiries, and train other staff.

Nice To Haves

  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Experienced in corrections, law-enforcement, and/or social services.
  • Some experience in supervision or running a shift.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all security checks and functions are conducted on residents.
  • Point-of-contact for shift; will direct other Client Advisor staff as needed.
  • Ensure new Client Advisor staff are assigned a mentor and being actively trained while on your shift.
  • Ensure duties during shift that are on the In-Charge checklist are accomplished.
  • Arrange coverage as needed in event of absence of scheduled staff.
  • Assist in revisions of resident handbooks, SOPs, addendums, and trainings.
  • Task delegation and oversight.
  • Attend meetings as assigned.
