The Clerk of the Works is responsible for monitoring and inspecting construction works on site to ensure that workmanship, materials, and construction practices meet the required quality standards, contract specifications, design intent, statutory requirements, and Skanska Integrated Solutions procedures. The role acts as an independent site-based quality presence, supporting project delivery through regular inspections, reporting, and coordination with project teams, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
5+ years of inspection experience

Responsibilities

Monitoring and inspecting construction works on site to ensure that workmanship, materials, and construction practices meet the required quality standards, contract specifications, design intent, statutory requirements, and Skanska Integrated Solutions procedures.
Acting as an independent site-based quality presence.
Supporting project delivery through regular inspections, reporting, and coordination with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
