This role is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through efficient check-in, check-out, and attentive coordination of hotel services. The Front Office Clerk will register guests, prepare for group arrivals and departures, and stay informed of hotel events. They will also handle guest requests, promote hotel services, resolve minor complaints, book reservations, and manage departmental accounting. A key aspect of this role is providing exceptional customer service, working safely, communicating effectively, and adhering to all company policies and procedures, including the recycling program.
